Oak Apartments

The Oak apartments project is a prime example of Walton Electric's ability to perform difficult projects on time and within budget. This 64 unit, 5 story building includes one level of type 1 construction, a podium deck, and four levels of type 5A wood framing. With our union-trained, state-certified team, we were able to help out our long-time customer build another affordable apartment building to help those in need.
